STATEGIC PLANNING: Frank Hall will help your organization develop a strategic plan for fundraising. We will help you decide on a Vision for the future, assess your current strengths and weaknesses and help you develop strategies to achieve your Vision. We will then help you develop long and short term goals and a tactical plan to achieve those goals.

BOARD AND STAFF RETREATS: Frank Hall is above all a communicator. He can elevate your organizational level of expertise and enthusiasm. He will facilitate your board or staff retreat, in conjunction with developing a strategic plan, or simply to provide training. He knows many of the most acclaimed fundraising experts in the country and will be able to provide guest speakers to liven up your retreat and make sure it is an enjoyable and memorable experience for your participants and, best of all, they will come away with a much better understanding of fundraising principles and tactics.

PUBLIC SPEAKING: Frank Hall has been keynote speaker at numerous conventions and conferences. He was on the faculty of the Institute for Health Care Philanthropy at the University of Wisconsin for 18 years and founded the "Certificate in Fundraising" at the University of California Irvine. He has completed public speaking presentations in 23 states and three Canadian Provinces. His most popular presentation is titled "I never met a Philanthropist I didn't like." As a lifelong Rotarian, he has also spoken to more than 30 Rotary Clubs in California.

ONGOING FUNDRAISING COUNSEL: Frank Hall has a limited number of hours each month that can be devoted to providing ongoing counsel to organizations in Southern California.
